ATTORNEY
Britta E. Cahoon
I am admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Salem State University and my law degree from New England Law–Boston, I dedicated my practice to real estate, estate planning, and probate matters.
As a director of the Cape Ann Community Foundation and a member of the Rockport Zoning Board of Appeals, I’m deeply committed to serving my community. I am also an active member of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients, ensuring that you always have a voice in your legal matters.

​In my free time, you can find me reading, boating, or cooking. Born in Vermont and raised in Rockport, MA, I cherish my local roots and enjoy contributing to our community.
